Cait let Sy go with Tom and to look at furniture. I never thought she'd allow us to take him out without her going, too.
We had a good time. Sy was his charming self the entire time... minus 5 minutes for a meltdown because he was hungry and I couldn't get the bottle fast enough for him. After a bottle and a catnap, he was fine.
Home now and making soup for lunch.
We're going to move a couple of tables around and be done with the furniture move. The house looks pretty good.
New neighbors are moving in two doors down from us. Rats. They are renters. I hope they'll move soon. I'm not thrilled with new folks in the neighborhood.
That's about all....
I have no plans to do anything productive today. All of my chores are done already. I'll probably crochet for a while and the put something in the crock pot for dinner. I'm sure I'll end up watching Sy for a few hours when Cait needs a break.
It's supposed to be really hot again today. It's too early in the year for temps in the 90's!!

Went out shopping yesterday on sore ankle. Walking ok, but slow. Very slow. Came home and finished up a couple of swaps, babysat Sy while Cait had a shower and dinner. Went to bed @11pm. Woke up @ 12:15am with nightmare. Been playing Bookworm until now. Hopefully I'll sleep later on. Tired.

He weighed 8.7 pounds and was 20.5 inches long.
Mom and baby are doing well.
Cait should be able to come home tomorrow some time.
I'm on my way back to Cait and the baby. I just came home to get a shower and make a sandwich.
